Migrate Auth0 Customers to FusionAuth

Migrate all existing Auth0 SSO customers to FusionAuth identity providers. Auth0 must be decommissioned by Feb 28, 2026.

  • Create subtask for each customer identified in TBD-03 to track individual migrations
  • Notify customers at least two weeks before migration cutover
  • Recreate customer's IdP connection in FusionAuth
  • Migrate user accounts and link to new identity provider
  • Coordinate cutover timing with each customer
  • Verify SSO login works before decommissioning Auth0 connection
