Auth Phase 2
Enable customer SSO and create the Users & Access app for managing identity provider connections.
Scope:
- Customer SSO via MS Entra (Office 365) using OIDC
- Users & Access app in Portal for managing OIDC connections via FusionAuth API
- Migrate existing Auth0 SSO customers to FusionAuth
- FusionAuth remains system of record for identity data
- Out of scope: RBAC, M2M authentication (deferred to Auth Phase 3)
