Define AppUser Hybrid Type

Create a type that bridges FusionAuth user data with the existing Portal User model.

Note: - Combine FusionAuth user properties with existing User model fields - Preserve usertype field for authorization (unchanged in Phase 1) - Support gradual migration path to full FusionAuth user data
